I would most definitely speak with the doctor, not the staff. They are doing what they are told, however, there is a Code of Ethics which says:
PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR
1. Veterinarians should first consider the needs of the patient: to relieve disease, suffering, or disability while minimizing pain or fear. |
