Sorry about what you're going through--but hey- You can definitely call the police! I live in a condo complex and some obnoxious loser under me was playing loud music...maybe having a party, I don't know...It really sounded like he was chucking something against the walls too...
Soooo, I called! A police officer came out, and it stopped! Of course *rolls eyes*. But he was so nice and just said to call again if I had an issue. Don't you know 10 mins after the policeman left, they start up again!!!! I seriously felt bad calling back, but I did because I was taking the LSATs the next day. Policeman came back, wasn't upset at all!
As long as you don't call the emergency number, they'll come and should be really helpful. I would definitely call, don't feel bad! You need your peace and quiet too!!!
