I think that vet has a lot of nerve charging you for this procedure....after he hands you the dog tomorrow I'd walk right out of there.......and keep going till you find a new vet......
Brandi was spayed in Feb. I didn't get pain meds but I did get antibiotics.......my vet told me he wasn't "that" concerned with her outside stitches as she had two layers of dissolving stitches underneath.....
I didn't like the way she was acting two days later and I took her in.....I just walked in saying "something was wrong" they thoroughly examined her.....said she was doing great....her heart and lungs were normal....assured me that her "sore throat" was from the tube that had been placed down her throat.......and said NO CHARGE!!!! They have us over a barrel because they know how much we love our furbabies and aren't going to allow anything to happen to them..... |
