We got Roxy at 6 weeks, took her home (in SC) for 2 days. On the 3rd day we moved to PA. She rode in the car with people, 2 cats, 2 birds. We stayed temporarily in a trailer with a Giant, but very gentle and polite, Samoyed. From there we moved where we are now. Roxy had absolutely no problems at all. She was handled by many, roughed up by other dogs playing with her and she loved every minute of it. The only problem we had was she knew "white" meant piddle pad and my dtr was camped out on the floor with her white down-filled comforter. So Roxy had the classiest piddle-pad in East of the Rio.
I don't know if all pups are that adaptable, but every pup I've ever had has adjusted to any changes they went thru. I hope yours does too. Good luck with your move.
