Maybe I can help since I have used both. I used to use the Advantix since it was such a big help with the mosquitos and I do love in FL where they thrive. Although we had a major out break of ticks and fleas recently WHILE they were on it and it did not work that well. I also started doing my research on it and heard some not so good things about it. I than tried Frontline and it seemed to work much better than the Advantix, it cleared up the fleas and ticks on my babies in nothing flat. I personally perfer the Frontline - I would not switch if I were you and if you are having success with it.
