mu hubby has done the tile and harwood floors in our house and lemmie tell ya it takes forever and its hard work also the cost everything you want or need to get costs at least twice as much and you need twice as much as you think when you get started! we still have 3 bathrooms to tile floors and wall for tub/showers. our house isn't finished but it's liveable we still need curtains/blinds and to put up interior doors we have but they have to be painted finish 3 bathrooms walls have to be painted they are primered and some lighting fans ceiling vent covers alot to do and no budget left to do it with. not to mention hes the kind that wants nobody else to do it or even help because it has to be just a certain way his way so that means it takes so much longer its a huge headache! but hey we have a big house!
