The two times I did it (once at Sephora and once at Marshall Fields) they made me look ridiculous. Part of the reason is that they don't really know what looks good on olive skin. At the Marshall Fields they put so much bronze eyeshadow on me, I swear I was glowing...it looked good once I wiped it down some. And at Sephora they had a hard time matching a foundation to my skin and then they used a powder that left my skin looking really flakey. It all depends on the person you get though. I'm sure there are some out there that actually know how to do makeup. I just never lucked out.
