Hi Cheryle, the clamp style clips is all I use now on Annika. They hold very well and it is just so easy to put on and off. Depending on your furbaby of course, but in the past, Annika tries to reach for it and so she usually messes up her hair a bit, but now that she is so used to it, it stays on until I actually take it off. She's got such long hair now that her face is completely covered if not for the clips. However, she never wears one when I am not around as I fear Tiger will just eat it - he has many times already in the past but now has gotten used to ignoring it. Of course, if I am not arround, who knows what he'll do
