 VPI denied payment for Tiggy's surgurey
i am so angryyyyyyyyyyy
Tiggy had a femoral head ostemcy , and they denied it. the surgurey cost 2,000 dollars. their payment would have been 900.
I am planning to file a lawsuit for this. I have all the documents and the doctor's support and records saying it was a diseased hip joint.
VPI labeled it as Hip Dysplasia (FHO) Surgery CODE Z48 - condition or service not covered by your policy
I am so enraged. Their customer service line is useless; they have no information whatsoever and can not help me.
