You would be surprised how LITTLE vets know about canine nutrition. Like I said, Canidae is such an excellent food and should not be causing any kind of allergic symptoms. I think you should stick to that, get some ear wash with a DRYING agent to use after baths, and if the ear infections are still persistent, then consider switching foods to something free of the BIG 4 I mentioned above. But I think the ear wash will do the trick, as long as it contains a drying agent.
