Dior just started this a month ago. she is almost 8 months. The only thing i have tried is not get overly excited with her. When i am calm, she calms down. I also tell my guests don't get all excited either. She barely pees when i do that. If i want to go crazy when i come home, I stay calm until i open the back door get crazy with her and she piddles outside.
