That is so awful. Even if they absolutely have to charge you it shouldn't be 150 dollars. I also think you should talk to them about it. If they say no, could you possibly take Coco to humane society's vet or some other place where they would offer a reasonable price? It cost us about 150 to get Mia spayed. That's ridiculous. 20-40, I could understand--if it wasn't their fault to begin with.
Poor baby. I hope she will heal soon.
