The other thing to think about is that the puppy is being pushed off by the others, you may have to remove them for a short bit to allow it to nurse free of any distractions, then put the others on.

If the puppy is allowed to chill, you need to warm it before feeding. Go slow in warming, warming to fast will cause subcutaneous hemorrhage Do not let temp drop. You should be taking their temps daily, making sure the room is at 85 degrees and dropping daily, but slowly.
