More than likely, it is too early to tell. You generally don't start getting alot of movement until about a week or so before the whelp.
In any case, you should have an ultra sound or x-ray done around day 50...regardless of price. This will allow the vet to estimate if the pups are a size that they can be delivered naturally, or be your indication ahead of time if a c-section may be needed. If you are lucky, you will be able to tell at that time how many she is carrying, although it isn't 100% accurate there.
