I have never heard of either of these breeders, but looking at their websites, here are several red flags that would cause me to run the other way FAST.
Windswept:-seems like the vaccinations are given to the pups starting at a very young age...2 weeks!
-they will not give a refund should the pup have to be returned, only a future, replacement pup
-they don't assure the pups to be "breeding quality", yet they sell them with full AKC registration
IMO, any breeder who offers their pups w/ full reg, no questions asked, is clearly not at all concerned with the health of the pups they produce nor do they take pride in what they are breeding
Ultimate:
-they are breeding multiple breeds, including mixed breeds advertised as "Designer Breeds":
-they do not give a refund should the pup have to be returned
-they do not guarantee the pup to be free from LP...they actually claim it won't be covered because the dog can develop that later on
-they actually make the exact statment "sold as pet quality, w/ full AKC registration
Again, not something any GOOD, REPUTABLE breeder would do.
I would suggest you keep looking. I know that there are several good breeders in your area. Please just be patient and don't sacrifice quality for a lower price.
