We're in Canada and while we don't have a lot of yucky slushy mess right now, we usually do at this time so I totally know what you mean.
We've still got some now, though! Ugh I hate it too!
Chloe's not allowed outside in the slush. She's too small & even in her coat & sweater shivers like crazy.
She's an inside-only dog until summer *sigh*
