Please don't take the lack of responses personally or as a refusal of help. It's just that I don't think anyone can give you an answer...kind of hard to tell you 'yes she is carrying' or 'no she isn't' from a description. The best you are going to get is an 'It's possible' which is no different that what you or your friend are already aware of.
