Has he threatened you in any way? Perhaps to be safe, it might warrant a quick phone call to your local police dispatch (non-emergency) and tell them what is happening. At the very least they will have a record of the information for any future problems.
(By the way, isn't there a comedy movie about racing that has a character named Something- Bobby?) Perhaps that's where they are getting the names from. I also wonder if one of the other characters has the other name they are asking you for and this person is using these characters to play a nasty prank.
