My husband mentioned when we were at his moms house that I got another yorkie.
Well of course she said the same thing "YOU GOT ANOTHER DOG?" and then when she found out how much we paid it was like it was bash Tracy day for spending so much on the dog.
Needless to say I jumped my husbands ARS when we left for even mentioning it cause he KNOWS how she is. Like it is any of her business anyway.
