My nausea started on day 3. It's just an awful feeling unless I can get something on my stomach, which sucks cause I'm trying to lose weight too.
I usually don't eat that early 6:30 or 7:00, when I feel the nausea. This morning I did drink a whole bottle of water and that did seem to help, but the bus route couldn't get over fast enought...LOL
I'm actually finding I'm going longer between smokes without trying, it's just happening.
