Addressing the OP's issue about compatability with a new pup in the house:

Cooper, my second yorkie, has only been here for 5 weeks and is currently 15 weeks old. Is there fighting and biting going on between him and my 11 month old, Carter? YOU BETCHA!

However . . . I have noticed in the last few days, that I don't have to constantly fuss the two of them for fighting when Cooper yelps. They are getting to be more like playmates instead of two yorkies fighting for alpha position.

I took the advice of Villette who had posted saying it was a normal process and allowed them to fight their own battles and it worked!

I thought I was going to pull my hair out and now . . . I don't have those thoughts.
