Do y'all know how badly broken ribs hurt? I detest this man's actions and hope there is an animal lover in jail that is bigger than him. I hope he is LOTS bigger than this man.
The only thing we can do is step up when we witness abuse and do something about it. Even if we only write a letter or sign a petition we can help. Personally I want to find out the judges name and write him a letter thanking him for making this man go to jail instead of paying a fine and/or probation.
