I took my furbaby to the mall in her V Bradley carrrier and was rudely approached by 2 security guards telling me I couldn't have a dog in the mall. If you didn't look close you wouldn't be able to tell it was a pet carrier and she wasn't making a sound. Needless to say I put in a call to the mall mgmt
who told me it was in the mall "Rules of Conduct" I told him I didn't see them and asked where they were posted....he said all main entrances
....I checked and there are no postings. He said there would be some "retraining" of the security guards after I finished telling him how I was treated (they yelled at me across the mall, people probably thought I had shoplifted something
) I certainly wouldn't have thought it would take 2 security guards to confront a 5' woman with a 2 1/2 lb yorkie. Now I"m a little apprehensive about taking her in places with the exception of Pet Smart
