Vent away. I think the phrase "been there, heard that" comes in good here. I have a few relatives like that and I was always picked on in high school. You basically just need to either 1. Let it go in one ear and out the other or 2. Let them have. I just ignore them for the most part. But for someone who does not know you and you have never met, that is rude plain and simple. And I would be the first one to tell them that. |
