Hi Debbie - you know I'm not a breeder, but for what it is worth.....
I think you need to evaluate the size of the puppy and also if they are going to a person who has owned yorkies before. If the pups are very tiny, I would keep them longer, especially if going to a first time yorkie owner. If they are good sized (2 lbs or larger) and going to an experienced yorkie owner, I think 10 weeks would be fine.
