I was in the same exact situation and it is sooo scary, I know!! I am sooo sorry. You might try giving some cottage cheese or bits of chicken. I would also sit there holding my pup for half an hour or so, offering kibble and eventually he would eat it out of my hand or off the floor. Also, canned puppy food seemed to work - he would at least eat a little of that. He wouldn't drink water but vet said canned food is 70% water so that was ok.

after a few days of meds pup should start to feel better and start eating.
