It takes 2 to 3 hours usually. My groomer has everyone drop off between 7 and 8:30 am then it is pretty much first come, first serve. Gracie is usually ready for me to pick up on my lunch break at 11:30 am, but the last few times I have been called at 9:00 am and she is done! They don't mind babysitting until I can get there to pick her up.
