12 weeks at the earliest. After weaning moms have much more training to do, socializing, manners, ranking order, etc. Puppies should never leave before their 2nd series of shots and being vet checked. Since 1st series is not given before 8 weeks of age and the 2nd not until the 3 or 4 weeks after....that would bring you to 12 weeks. Besides that you as a breeder should be socializing the puppies and making sure that potty training is completed.
