Awesome review! I think if this product works for people you really can't beat it, if it doesn't work though, it's horrible. I find it interesting how it seems to work better on silk coats than others. I guess because the stuff was formulated for show dogs maybe? I don't know, it'd be interesting to find out what ingredient is in there that reacts with the cotton/modified silk coats to make them be more poofy and doesn't react with the true silk coats at all...
