Your vet should be able to tell you where to apply for this card...If not, call a big vet hospital in your area and ask them, they will tell you where to apply for it and how you can get it. Good luck! I will be praying for your baby...Try doing physical therapy with him...Little by little. I know there is a member on here that made a wheelchair type thing for her yorkie, and does physical therapy for him. She puts him in the tub and helps him.
