 Just Here
Hello. We are just here at home. This is by far the ugliest weather I've ever been in for Easter. It's way too cold for my son Mark and tiny little Holly to go outside. We are having a movie day and I am making a traditional Mexican meal.
*Enchiladas Rojas (A corn tortilla rolled filled with White cheese and fried in a red pepper sauce)
*Frijoles Borrachos (Beans boiled with Bacon, Serrano Peppers, Tomatoes and Onions with a cup of Beer)
*Arroz (Rice)
*Papas con Zanahorias ( Fried Diced potatoes and carrots)
for Dessert: Flan (a creamy jello-like custard topped with carmelized sugar.
