I agree, have your babies tested for liver shunt....Vivi had a low blood sugar seizure as a puppy....I did not test for bile acids at that time....I convinced myself that it was a glycemic attack and did not need further testing.....Serious denial on my part.....she should have been tested because she does have a liver shunt. When she was a puppy she would have been eligible for LS surgery but because I waited her liver did not develop properly which caused high blood pressure inside her liver and due to this she is ineligible for surgery now. So go ahead and have the test ....the sooner you know the better the outcome. And if it turns out to be nothing then you will have peace of mind. Best of luck and positive wishes are coming your way.
