my 1.5 yo. boy got neck injury...he dose not walk or stand on his own we are not able to afford surgery for him and we dont know what to do anymore..hes on meds and improving a little but not much...maybe anyone had same problem and can tell me what to do..iam afraid he will never walk again...i also heard about care card just have no idea where do i apply...thanks
