well every dog is different during training, but if its what you want to do i suggest doing it, esp. since you've had success with your other dogs

pretty much, the second i feel him move (he also wears a little bell so that wakes me up), i jump out of bed and wait with him on the potty pad. i've been able to get down how many times he needs to pee with restricting his water at night. i love having my little guy sleep with me so i don't mind getting up either. its worked for me SO FAR! hahaha, and hopefully it will stay that way (he's only 6 months).

we did have one set back though, one weekend i was babysitting my parents yorkie, who they don't let sleep with them, but i felt bad b/c i left kikko sleep with me and not him. so i let him too .. bad idea! he peed on my bed! and then kikko did the same thing the next day on the same spot!! ... so my solution was to clean the mattress but also switch mattresses with my sister's bed (she's never home) ... b/c i know that no matter how hard i'd clean he'd still be able to smell the scent.

goodluck with your training! keep us posted! and post some pics whenever you have some! would love to see the puppy!
