Happy Easter to you too! We usually go to my Mom's for brunch. I used to cook dinner but everyone is always so full from everything Mom has made. So I don't cook dinner any more. The furkids have their stuffed Easter bunnies and have already tired of them. Gumbo sounds delicious. It's cold up here in NJ also.
