First of all:
Your fiance sounds like an ass****. Sorry but I think that you already know it, bu the way you describe him.
Second of all:
Your kids are very young, maybe too young for such a small dog to be around. From what you said, they step on your puppy ,all the time!!!
Third of all:
I went to the vet on monday, BC Lilo is limping ,and the visit with xrays and meds costed me over $300, so $160 is not bad at all!!!
Now she is going to have surgery that will cost few thousand $!!!
If you can't afford for your puppys vet bills, than maybe better idea will be to find her new home?
