parti yokries are a color abnormality. They are all yorkie but have splotches of white all over their body, not in a standard pattern. Biewer yorkies are a breed in germany that also have white in them, but their white has a standard. The white is comes from a recessive piebald gene, so it is rare in a sense. Be careful while looking for a parti because some breeders will charge you more saying they are rare. I believe JeanieK breeds or is planning to breed parti's (i think the ones she has right now are puppies so it will be a while)
