my sister in law has a yorkie that will be 11 years old the 22nd of this month. She just had surgery for tumors on her, I think ovaries. And she just got spayed then. I think it was the end of January. she also has LP but has never had a serious problem with it. sorry you lost your baby and I know my brother and his wife were both upset about sassy surgery this year. But he said at her age even if she started having trouble with the LP he wouldnt do surgery at this age. But I think she has it in her hip joints now. But she still running and playing really good for her age. I know, I would be all upset if something happened to maggie now. I'm still sorry for your loss and sending you prayers for coping with it.
