Every breeder will have runts in their litters from time to time that will end up being smaller, however, I don't think you will find an ethical breeder who actually tries to have 'tiny' dogs.
I would reccomend trying to find a breeder...or several breeders...that you like without worrying about size. Once you have found one, then ask if you can be put on a waiting list or if they will keep you in mind when they have a smaller pup in a litter. |
