He might stay like this!!! Howie is over a year old and still doesn't like the idea of peeing outside. If I take him out for a walk the second I get home from work and he doesn't have time to pee on his pad first he'll go on one of three spots, but mostly he'll hold it until we get home! And pooping outside?? Forget about it! I always say that his a$$ is too good for grass! Haha.
