Jody (my boyfriend) had a beagle when he was a little boy.. He always said how it was the best dog ever!! He is planning on getting another one once we move into a bigger place.. That has always been his favorite breed!! He said that they are hard to potty train but once they are trained they stick with it.. Good luck
