Never heard of them. But, the best thing is to feed the coat from the inside out. Additives to their food such as Flax Seed Oil...or a supplement that contains OMEGA 3 & 6.....For a quick fix a hot oil treatment and wrapping the dog in a warm towel for approximately 10 minutes, rinse and shampoo, finishing with a good conditioner should help.
