If the puppy has a life threatening congenital or hereditary defect it will be replaced with the first available puppy of the same value from the seller, as soon as possible. The original puppy must be returned (at the buyer's expense) before a new puppy can be delivered. No one may keep the original puppy, it must be returned. The buyer is responsible for any shipping fees for the replacement puppy.
That came from their agreement policy, and I don't like the fact that if they give you a puppy that has a congenital defect you have to give it back and they replace the puppy. That does not sound fair to me at all. Within days of having a new pup, it becomes a part of the family, and you're supposed to give it back?? Sounds more like you're being punished for getting a sick dog from them. Just my thoughts on it.
