Yes, but unfortunately, she had a cancerous lesion in her lower jaw that had burst open by the time I got her to the vet (1 day after I picked her up). He said there was nothing we could do for her so I had her put to sleep. At least she won't suffer any more as I know it must have been painful for her to eat.

So, my precious Chester and sweet Rosebud have a new friend on the other side of Rainbow Bridge. For now, I'll just stick with Chloe and Darla. It was so heartbreaking I don't think I'm ready to face that possiblity again any time soon.
