i read about this story months ago on another yorkie chat forum..
The owners let the little Yorkie roam about outside on its own
Minnie & Scamp know they are not allowed outdoors on their own,even though we live in a very nice area,in a very quiet cul de sac & we know all our neigbours,still you never know
Still it is very sad
