This doesn't sound like a collapsing trachea to me. It sounds like allergies. Do you do any benedryl? Also, saline spray for the nose helps keeps pollens from collecting and will reduce the nasal drip. We are all just DIEing here in NJ from the pollen~
Remember when he comes in from a walk to wipe him down when pollen is high. It helps to keep your inside a safe place for breathing..
