My 1 yr. old Lola has been doing the same thing. Except she still poos on the potty pad, she just chooses to pee everywhere. Large pools of pee. I believe it's because she just can't tolerate the potty pad anymore. So, I've decided to walk her once in a morning and once late at night before I sleep. And during the day and while I'm gone at work, she'll hopefully use the potty pads as a last resort. Today I took her to the vet's for the second time because I caught her sitting in her own pee on her bed early this morning. So, I was scared. The vet says although it is a sign of incontinence, it is probably not incontinence, since it is really only one occurrence.
Usually it occurs daily in older spayed dogs (they lose control of their bladder while they sleep) Hopefully housetraining her to go outside only and pottypad for emergencies will work out for me...
