Cowboy Magic is the bomb! There are a couple people on here that sell it on their websites, too. Not sure if you can get it in the UK but if you can't, look for a silicone based hair product. Do you have Frizz Eaze there? I've used that as well and it worked pretty good but the Cowboy Magic was wonderful.
I had to cut a couple mats out - especially around her little arm pitters but you can't really tell by looking.
