I buy the 12 inch ones. I used to get 6 inch ones, but I always end up throwing away the last 2.5 inches. By buying the longer size, I waste less. We did buy a 24 inch one once
. My boyfriend used a metal cutting plier type thing to cut it. But even with that it was pretty hard.
