UGH! I know just what you mean!!! I'm very paranoid about health and testing and all that stuff. I would never have a puppy shipped, just my own personal preference. The breeder I've been in contact with is actually near Pittsburgh and I plan on visiting a few times before I make any decision about a purchase. I don't want to mention names if that's not appropriate. But if anyone has any breeder suggestions in or around PA just to add to my research, I'd love that!
